1. Job Guarantee
We create your documents so that they receive maximum calls from recruiters/companies. We do not guarantee job placements but ensure your resume achieves a good ATS score, optimizing your chances in job applications. Our services are delivered with the highest quality and effort, offered at affordable rates. However, the success in securing an interview or job depends on various factors, such as your experience, qualifications, profile & how your interview goes. It's important to understand that the job market is highly competitive, which every job seeker should be aware of.
2. Edits / Adjustments
Initial revision requests will be accepted for 1 month/30 days after initial draft delivery. Edits or Adjustments will be made for the same targeting profile content.
Edits or adjustments do not cover requests for multiple template changes or extensive content rewrites or entirely different profile. Once you book the services there is only one template choice per order booking. Selection of another template/extensive content rewrites will incur extra charges based on the scope and complexity of the updates required. Rewriting CV, LinkedIn/Cover Letter by focusing on entirely different profile will be charged as a new booking.
Our content writing is tailored to your target profile to ensure optimal results. Hence, rewriting entire content after delivering the finally approved CV content or compressing the CV from 2 or 3 pages to 1 page later will be charged as it takes time and efforts by our experts to cater the requirements of the customer accordingly.
3. Modifications/ Updations/Changes:
It includes updating your content for a new job, role or KRA changes, new projects, achievements, and certifications.
We do not provide continuous changes to pre-approved content or CV updates outside the scenarios mentioned above.
Targeting multiple profiles is not included in one package. It will be charged as a separate CV or a separate package.
If you have opted for a Visual CV or Infographic CV, we first complete the content writing in Text CV format. Once the content is approved, we proceed with updating the Visual CV or Infographic CV.
If you have booked services based on a specific experience level and all products have been delivered, any future modifications requested after your experience has increased and falls into the next experience tier will require rebooking according to the new experience level.
4. Delivery Policy:
All orders will be delivered via email in Word & PDF format to the email address provided during registration or form submission
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued once service are booked.
